<br />The Minnesota Department of' Transportat ion has, provided preliminary plans to the
<br />City, olf Roseville for the reconstruction, of Snelling Avenue from 36 south
<br />to Como Avienue,.i They are requesting layout approval by the city for that portion
<br />of the road withion the City, of' Roseville. The plan has taken into account most of the
<br />points requested, by, the city at the tiome the original plan was. Teviewed.
<br />In particular, the state has included the modification of the frontage roads.. 'along
<br />Snelling where they meet County Road B. These are, shown as being pulled back away from
<br />the intersection, to the greatest 'clegree poss,ible. They have verbally agreed to
<br />Pay for the, icons truction, of these roadways, but the city is responsible for acquir-
<br />ing the, necessary leas, e,mients -for such construct ion .
