IM <br />VIII.i Preparation of Final EISI <br />The final E,IS is to be Prepared in accordance with, the format set forth in the <br />regula,t,ioln,,, (under, the directiori of the chairperson of the ERB) 0 <br />A. Responses will be made, to timely substantive comments received on the draft <br />EISI consistent with the scoping delcision, (by staff and/or consultant selecte-i <br />prieviously by coï¿œunc,i,l,). <br />1,. If only minor changes are required,, they may be attached to draft EIS. <br />2 1 <br />1, If substantial changes are, required, the draft text shall be rewritten. <br />Bei Thel final 1EIS, is, to be supplied by the ERB as follows: <br />1. All plersons, receiving copies of the draft EIS. <br />2. Any person who submitted substantive comments on the draft EISW <br />3,,i 'To the eix,tient possible,, persioln requresting one. <br />Ca The EiRB is to, supply a press release to, the official local paper to notify <br />public of the availabi'Llaty of the final E,IS and notice of the opportunity <br />for public comment. <br />IX. Determiniation of Adequalcy of Final EIS, <br />The, council shall determine the adequacy of the EIS after considering the content of <br />the final EIS and my written public comments, <br />X. Assessment of Costs <br />A.1 Environmental Assessments Work Sheets - all associated costs will be charged <br />to the outside proposer as, per city ordinances. <br />the proposer shall be assessed, the cost as per MCAR §3.050 and 3.0.54., <br />4 <br />but city ordiniances must also be met wilich require the proposed to finance all <br />city, expenseisi . <br />la A writtien agreement with the proposier shall be obtained within 30 days <br />I <br />and s'ent to the EQ3. The, agreement shall include the following: <br />(a) E,IS est imated cost. <br />(b) The E,IS, assessed cost. <br />(c) A brief descriptioln and cost of each of the tasks to be per.. <br />formed by each party, <br />The assessed cost, shall "Identify the proposers cost for col- <br />a <br />lection and analysis of t,elchnical data and those costs to bc <br />paid 'in cash to the city'.i <br />The state liaw establishes, assessment, limits to be followed, unless the <br />proposer agrees, to an addliti'lonal amount.
