<br />116.10401 BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PiR,OiPERTIY FROM S,INGLE-FAMILY RES-
<br />IDEN'CE DISTRICT' (R-1) 'TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3A),
<br />14AEREAS, Pursuant to, Sections 16.010, 16*020, 16e030, and 16,040 of the

<br />WHEREAS, the City, Council by motion, referred the same to, the Planniqn�i
<br />Commiss. ion; and

<br />1. ion, upon due noti*,ce, held a public hearing
<br />on salid matter on, the 4th, day of April, 1,984, and made, imits recommendation ti
<br />the City Council- and
<br />WH�ER,EAS., the City Coun,cii, after due notice, held, a Public hearing on said
<br />matter on the 9,th day of'Apriil, 1984, at, its regular meeting; and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE,
