<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of January, 1997 at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The [oHowing members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and acting Mayûï Wish <br />following were absent: Mayor Wall. <br /> <br />'1'1.._ <br />lIlt; <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />D1J'CnT TT'T'Tn"M"Mn O~J::4l <br />.'-.£¿IJ'-'UU ..'-'.1" 1"'-'. .-'JUU <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ON DE SIGNA TION OF BANK SIGNA TORIES <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, that the <br />following persons be designated official signatories for the City of Roseville for 1997. <br /> <br />~ Danieì Wall, Mayor <br /> <br />~ Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager <br /> <br />~ Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Mastel <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
