ITEM DESCR1PTI10N On-sale liquor licenses, MGR, REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />Roseville curriently has issued sixteen, on,-sale liquor licenses. There ar:1T <br />eight remaining licensesmi two from the eighteen allowed by State Statutes <br />3 <br />plus simx recently apprioved by the legislature. Biased on current interest <br />I <br />and inquiries, those eight licenses coul,d be appli,ed for in the next slix <br />to, twelve months, <br />Because of the desire to, encourage development 'in, the City's tax increment <br />financj"Lng districts,, it is important that provl"Lsions be made to assure <br />liquor licenses will 'be available.
