Frequently, such child care, centers in the, past have been located in <br />churches which, are uses permi'tted in residential zones. <br />bi.1 Many child care center's are located in former public school structures <br />whi,ch are frequently in resident3"Lial zones as well. <br />Inasmuch as residential values are frequently less than that of busi*ness <br />properties., it is usually more economically feasible to develop adequate <br />spspade for, child care, centers in a, resident 'I i I al area rather than in a <br />business zone.
