What did Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks stand <br />I <br />up for H�o,w did women get the right, to, vote.? They stood up for their human <br />"I I <br />rights., I will be talking about disaties, and how people, should be tireated in <br />A couple of students in my class, are disabled and in wheelchairs,i Thel <br />aren't less able in any way, except for their ability to walk, run, or jump. In fact, <br />one person in my class is a good friend of mine who's 'in a wheelchair. <br />Our school and district have an equity vision. One of the rights prlotec,tei <br />by this v'ision is respecting people regardless of whether they, have a disablilty <br />tr not! For example, I have Autism. Kids at school treat me slightly differently. <br />They are a bit more odd towards me. They sometimes speak slower., They <br />& I I <br />sometimes wiii ask me weird questioln�s. These random questions make me feel <br />odd and make me wonder why they are asking me these questions. <br />My dad, my brother, and I went to our community, center. They have a <br />P <br />water slide th�ere, and a, little while ag�o, a, manufactureir 'installed a Music, and <br />a A D 1 9 1 <br />light show display to expen i ence wniie you're riding down the silide., The music I I S <br />itrojected through "the entire pool area., As you go up, the stairs to the slide' <br />,aunch area�, there's a sign that, says people with Epilepsy and�/or subject, to <br />
