Attachment C <br />HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the 15th day of February, 2011 by and <br />between the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as the HRA,, and the City of Roseville, a governmental municipality <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the <br />city. <br />WIT DTI ESSETH: <br />WHEREAS,, the HRA desires to contract with the City for the services of the Roseville <br />Community Development Director as the Roseville HRA Executive Director to support the <br />undertakings and work plan of the HRA. <br />NOW THEREFORE,, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows.- <br />I. Scope of Services. The Executive Director shall perform the necessary and requested <br />services relating to the actions and activities of the HRA as outlined below.- <br />A. Provide day-to-day management of the HRA actions and activities; <br />B. Oversee the planning, direction and implementation of HRA policies and plans; <br />C. Manage housing programs and existing obligations including the HRA budget; <br />D. Monitor and manage HRA contract obligations including programs and services of <br />the Housing Resource Center and the Senior Housing Regeneration Program; <br />E. Prepare agenda, minutes,, reports,, resolutions and other support information in <br />preparation of meetings of the HRA and attend all HRA monthly and special Board <br />meetings; <br />F. Prepare and monitor information affecting the HRA on the City web page; <br />G. Conduct research related to housing issues at the request of the HRA; <br />H. Conduct public relations activities for the housing programs and activities of the <br />HRA; <br />I. Present the HRA with an annual work plan outlining the coming years goals and <br />desired outcomes; <br />J. Prepare quarterly report of executive director time spent on HRA business; <br />K. Manage and facilitate the annual Roseville Home and Garden Fair, and <br />L. Other actions requested by the HRA Board. <br />11. Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the HRA Board of <br />Directors and the City Council and shall continue for one calendar year subject to written <br />renewal by the parties for subsequent one year terms. <br />11. Compensation. The fees for the City services shall be paid as a transfer of funds <br />
