<br />work Experience (especially as it relates to the Commission/Board for which
<br />you are applying): may care�e�r has been spent doing planning for health systems
<br />and hospital, from large-scale neighborhood and campus proj ects, to sm�allerr
<br />building or facility-specific planning, across the us and overseas. For
<br />exam�ple�, locally, I led a team which did the m�aster Planning and Programming a
<br />few years ago for the new AM�platz, Chi ldrens Hospital across the river. I am
<br />currently Director of Strategy & Growth for Park Ni Collet Health Services,
<br />which has hospital and clinic sites all over the west and south m�etro. Prior
<br />to that, I was an indepenent planning consultant, and before that worked with
<br />a lame national planning firm for 15 years. I have worked on over a hundred
<br />planning proj'ects with architects, civic engineers, city planners,
<br />neighborhood groups, local and state politicians, and other stakeholders, and
<br />have deep experience in getting at what the core, key issues are in planning
<br />questions, and then in helping to bring a recommendation to consensus. If you
<br />decide to interview me for the Planning Commission, I can provide copies of m�y
<br />more detailed resume showing past work and some of the specifics of m�y career
<br />so far.

<br />believe m�y skills and work experience will be of use to the Planning
<br />Commission. I have been a Roseville re�side�nt for about two de�cade�s, and I
<br />feel I can give som�ething to the city and our residents. I have no particular
<br />stake in any of the ongoing debates, whether Planning Commission issues, Parks
<br />and Rec, or other level, (e.g., Twin Lake�s, asphalt plants, new Wal meats ,
