I want to help m�aintain that excel le�nt re�putation. what is your view of the role of this Commission/ Board?: may view of the role of an advisory comr m�ission is to review city business related to their Jurisdiction, hear testim�ony from interested parties, the public, city staff, and to make rrecomr m�endations to the Roseville city council. Advisory comr m�issions are an excellent forum for in-depth discussion on issues related to the city and an outlet to hear froM Roseville citi zees . specifically, the role of the Planning Commission is to hear planning applications, review and/or update zoning ordinances, and provide re�com�m�e�ndations on any other related planning issues to the city council. The role of the Parks and Recreation Commission is tee issue�s re�late�d to the city parks and to, along with the city council, oversee the im�plem�entation of the Parks & Recreation Mtaste r Plan adopted by the city council in 2010.
