F. Attorney's Fees. Each of the parties will pay its own attorney's fees pertaining to the <br />negotiation, performance and enforcement of this Purchase Agreement. <br />6. Title Examination. The Title Examination will be conducted as follows: <br />i. Terminate this Agreement and receive a full refund of the Earnest Money; or <br />01 10 <br />11 Waive the Objections and proceed to Closing, <br />7. Operation Prior to Closipg. During the period from the date of Seller's acceptance of thi's <br />Agreement to the • date of actual closing (the "Executory Period"), the Seller shall execute no <br />contracts, easements, leases or other agreements regarding the Property without the prior written <br />consent of Buyer. <br />Seller will give Buyer written notice of any citation or other notice which Seller receives, <br />subsequent to the date of this Agreement, from any governmental authority concerning <br />any alleged violation of any law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation or order regulating the <br />Property of the use thereof. <br />
