Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 2 1 st day of March, <br />2011,, at 6.-00 p.m. <br />The following members were present and the following were absent <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RESOLUTION TO REMOVE PARKING RESTRICTIONSON EAST SIDE OF <br />PRIOR AVE <br />WHEREAS,, Prior Avenue from Shryer Avenue to Eldridge Avenue is a municipal <br />roadway; <br />AND WHEREAS,, such roadway is under City of Roseville jurisdiction and maintained <br />by Roseville Public Works Department; <br />AND WHEREAS,, The City of Roseville sets parking restrictions on it roadway system to <br />provide a safe transportation network for motorists, pedestrians, and residents; <br />AND WHEREAS,, The city has received a request to reduce parking restrictions on this <br />segment of Prior Avenue due to additional parking needs for the new school softball <br />facility; <br />NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />hereby authorizes removal of the parking restrictions on the east side of Prior Avenue <br />from Shryer Avenue to Eldridge Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same.- <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
