In the current economic and political environment, the local
and state local government unfortunately have less resources. while it is
important to watch the bottom line and spending, we can not lose sight of the
people in our community that often ti ryes have no voice to speak out on their
own behalf. I hope to serve the community that I have always been so proud to
live in.
what is your view of the role of this Commission/ Board?: I have no knowledge
of the Commission as it currently exists. However, I hope that this
Commission lives up to its name. Namely, its mission is to do its best to
protect and enlighten our community as to the basic riyhts and diqnities that
all human beings deserve, whatever our nationality, p ace of resi r dence , sex ,
national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status.
Any further information you would like the city council to consider or that
you feel is relevant to the appointment or reappointment you are seeking.: I
am a life long Roseville resident. I went to Central Park Elementary school,
RAMIS, RAHS, and continued to live in the community during college and law
school. I would brin a unique skill set to the Commission. I am invested in
this community as wely as spend my career advocating for people that society
(rightly or unj'ustly) condemns.
Page 1
