W <br />Ix"EQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Item Description: One Day Off-Site Gambling Permit <br />Date: 03/21/11 <br />Item No.: 7. e <br />City Manager Approval <br />Law Enforcement United, Inc. has applied for a One Day Off-Site Gambling License to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities on April 2, 2011 at the B-Dale Club located at 2100 N Dale Street. <br />The Minnesota Charitable Gambling Regulations allow any nonprofit organization, which conducts <br />lawful gambling for less than five (5) days per year, and total prizes do not exceed $,50,000.00 in value, <br />to be exempt from the licensing requirements if the city approves. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion approving Law Enforcement United, Inc. request to conduct Off-Site gambling on April 2, <br />2011 at the B-Dale Club located at 2 100 N Dale Street. <br />Page I of I <br />
