WITNESSETH: WHEREAS; Pursuant to MINN. STAT, Chapter 8613, the Ramsey County Sh�eriff obligation to maintain a program of' search, rescu.e, buoying or marking, patrolt removal of'h�azards to navigation, a of'watercraft relatin�g to lake use ("Program Services"); and -L WHEREAS, , the COUNTY and the CITY desire to enter into, a joint powers ag�reeme,n I pursuant to MINN. The COUNTY agrees to provide, trained unffo�med deputies with proper equ," pment, I Ob Identification, and communications on Lake Owasso duri�ng all hours that Contract Services, are provided by the Ramsey County Sheriff under this Agreement. 4.
