<br />Health Resources Ass'stance Corporation has submitted. an application for
<br />Industrial, Revenue Bonds 'in the amount of $1,500,000 to develop a Family
<br />Care Center and are requesting the Council set the public hearing for October
<br />,8, 1984,. The applicant is a wholly owneld subsidiary of Health Resources Inc.1
<br />a non-profift holding c,olmplany which Provides a broad range of health care
<br />services.tio the East Metro Area,
<br />The Roseville Family Care Center will be developed on approximately 2.3 acres
<br />north of' Midway Ford, on Snelling venue and will provide a variety of health
<br />9 .1
<br />care.. -related, services. These services are,, a Physician's Clinic, an Urgent
<br />Care, Center,, a Day arel Center, a Pharmacy, Family Therapy services, Chemical
<br />Dependency counsieling, C'o=unity Education, and potentially other health care
<br />Serv11CeS.
<br />The above services, will be provided thru a 14.,543 square foot building and

<br />w ill create the eq,uivial,ent of 34 full-time plosi, tions at an ant1cipated yearly
<br />payroll of' $788,10100, The $1,500,000 in, IRB, financing would come from Roseville's
<br />$6,27.,000 entitlement and a City of Becker $8173,,0100 entitlement, which was
<br />-revious,ly obta:Lned thru a joint powers agreement.

<br />The consultant has recommended a guarantee by the appl *
<br />i cant, by other partners
<br />and by the applicant's parent company, Health Resources Inc., if possible, in
<br />addition to the mortgage being signed by the parties,
