<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the I Its. day of April,

<br />FOR 2011 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS,, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br />and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />received on Thursday, March 3 1, 2 011, at 1 0.00 a. m., opened and tabulated according to law
<br />and the followina bids were received COMDlvina with the advertisement

<br />WHEREAS,, it appears that North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, is the lowest
<br />responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $,1,793,246.46, and
<br />NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota.-
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota for $,1,793,24 .4 in the name of the
<br />City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and
<br />specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the
<br />office of the City Engineer.
<br />2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
<br />the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the
<br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed.
