REVIEWED/ RECOM MEN- <br />There are three different groups of non-union employees: clerical-technical., <br />supervisory-c,onfi,d,lent'la,l, and manageme,nt a,dm]*Lnist, rat "lve, It is recommended <br />the salary schedules for each of these groups be increased by 4.5%0 <br />A, review of benefits for the non-union, employee groups is currently in <br />proc,ess. Any, recommendat 'loins for changes, in, benefits will be provided in <br />,January. The e <br />last increase in medical 'insurance benefits occurred in 1983. <br />Therefore, those benefit levels will remain in effect until the Council <br />authorizes changes. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED#: Motlion adopting a, Tesolution 'increasing the salary <br />ranges for clerical-technical employees by 4.5%. and <br />providing for a monthly 'insurance contribution of <br />$135 (1984 amount),, <br />Motion adopting a resolution *increasing the salary <br />ranges for supervisory-, confidential employees by <br />4.5%, and provide for monthly 'insurance contribution <br />of $1600 <br />Motion adopting a, resiolution increasing the salary <br />ranges for m,an,agemeint-adm'ln'lstrat'lve employees by <br />4.5%, and payment of the 1985 long-term disability <br />LCremium; and, adding the Position, of Economic Developmenl <br />Director to the salary program in the XIV salary range.1 <br />
