Attachment A <br />21 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />22 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />27 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of September, 2011 at 6.-00 p.m. <br />28 <br />29 The following members were present <br />30 and the following were absent <br />32 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />34 <br />35 RESOLUTION No. <br />37 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />38 ROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION <br />39 <br />40 <br />4 1 WHEREAS,, the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has applied for a lawful gambling premise <br />42 permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue; and <br />43 <br />44 WHEREAS,, the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has met the requirements as specified in City <br />45 Code,, Section 304 as well as State Statutes. <br />46 <br />47 NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />f011OWS.- <br />49 <br />5o The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Roseville Area Youth Hockey <br />Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue. <br />53 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a <br />54 vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same.- <br />60 WHEREUPON,, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />6 1 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
