k" <br />RROEQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 09/26/11 <br />ITEM NO: 7. k <br />Department Approval: Qty_Mana Approval: <br />Item Descripflon: Approving a Quit Claim Deed conveying property at 2990 Cleveland Avenue to <br />the City of Roseville(PFII-08) <br />11 1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br />2 1.1 On May 9, 2011, the Roseville City Council approved the final plat of Applewood Pointe of <br />3 Langton Lake Second Addition. <br />4, 1.2 Since that date, United Properties has been working on resolving a number of items. One such <br />5 item is an overlapping legal description for the land that they purchased with property owner by <br />6 the City of Roseville. <br />"7 1.3 After discussing the matter with the Ramsey County Recorder, it was determined that the matter <br />required resolution prior to the recording of the subdivision plat. The Roseville City Attorney <br />9 has worked with the attorney for United Properties to create a quit claim deed that identifies the <br />110 legal description of the subject 3+ foot wide piece of land and which is to be conveyed via quit <br />11 claim deed to the City.
