<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />was duly held on the 8th day of June, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, <br />and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8144 <br /> <br />Amending Resolutions 8042 and 8110 by removing the Moratorium <br />on Development of Property on West Side of 35W <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council, on November 24, 1986, declared a Ninety <br />Day Development Moratorium and a Moratorium on issuing building <br />permits for new development and substantial redevelopment from <br />the Glacier parcel north to and including the Ruan parcel, and <br />the area from County Road C to C-2 adjacent to Woodbridge; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council, on February 23, 1987, extended the <br />Moratorium in the I-35W and Cleveland areas until July 28, 1987; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The rezoning of the parcels on the west side of 35W has <br />been approved by the Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Development Moratorium <br />and Moratorium on issuing building permits for new development <br />and substantial redevelopment be removed from the Glacier parcel <br />north to and including the Ruan parcel, on the west side of <br />Interstate 35W. The Moratorium on the property from County Road <br />C to County Road C-2, adjacent to the Woodbridge development, <br />remains in effect. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />this 8th day of June, 1987. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, <br />and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
