REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 4-19-11 <br />Item No: 6 c. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of administrative and staff services fee transfer of funds for <br />January, February and March 2011 (HF0104) <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff <br />services per contract requirements for January, February and March 2011. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Administrative Services is for a total of $12, 800 for 2011 as approved <br />by the HRA on February 15, 2011. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds <br />after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1066. The fee is transferred from <br />the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.2The Contract for Housing Program Manager Services is for a total of $63,505 for 2011 as <br />approved by the HRA on April 19, 2011. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of <br />funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $5,292.08. The fee is <br />transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.3The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $20,480 for 2011 as <br />approved by the HRA on February 15, 2011. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1706.
