September 7, 2011

To The Housing and Redevelopment Authority,

I am writing on behalf of Ronald and Karen Vaillancourt at the address 279
Elmer Street in Roseville. They are going through a divorce and are required to
sell the home because neither one of them can afford the home on their own.
They have also had an additional child added to their family this past summer and
have increased their day care and living expenses. On top of that Ronald has lost
his job and is currently unemployed.

With all of this said their home is being sold as a short sale and has an offer that
has been accepted and approved by the first lien holder, being Bank of America.
The new buyer will be owner occupying this home and will continue to give love
and care to the property. In order for the sale to completely happen the additional
lien holders, such as yourself, need to release their liens as well. Bank of
America has the ability to offer any second lien holders $3000. There has been
an agreement with The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation to release their
lien outside of the contribution from Bank of America.

It is my understanding that The Housing and Redevelopment Authority would be
willing to accept the $3000 from Bank of America and release the lien for the
th
sale to be complete. The sale is to close on September 15, 2011. Please accept
these terms and allow this sale to happen.

Best Regards,

Tim Lundgren
Edina Realty
651-287-4046- Office
651-398-3801-Cell
651-287-4050-Fax
timlundgren@edinarealty.com
