• Appendix #7 of the master plan does identify cost estimates for Organizing Team members should review. <br /> Some of the costs of the $8M option of the master plan are also in the $40M option so you need to look <br /> through the plans in detail to see which costs are duplicated. <br /> • We have to frame up the costs of each component and how to package them within the options. <br /> 5. Review Work Group Status <br /> • Identified February 23rd as a potential large work group meeting date <br /> • There is no deadline for community members to be involved. We need as many people involved as <br /> possible no matter of your commitment level prior to the February 23rd meeting <br /> • Jill will provide a list of people who have submitted applications indicating interest in various work groups <br /> and will forward it to the group. She has them organized by the constellation in which they live. We <br /> currently have representation of 6 of the 15 constellations. <br /> • The leader of each category should take the initiative to define the scope of work of the area for which <br /> they are responsible. <br /> • Gregg and Dave will combine Funding and Communications/Marketing and co-chair both <br /> i. The need to come up with a central theme (Vote Y.E.S—Your Essential Service) <br /> ii. Need to develop a piece similar to that provided by Leisure Vision for Carol Stream, IL. It would <br /> identify a timeline as well as a Q&A portion. <br /> • Randall — Natural Resources <br /> i. Go through master plan and identify areas that address natural resources <br /> ii. Educate Natural Resource sub-committee members on natural resource issues using city staff, <br /> DNR, watershed districts, Emerald Ash Borer, other Parks and Recreation agencies <br /> iii. Use survey results and findings to create priority for natural resources within the master plan <br /> implementation. <br /> iv. Identify possible funding sources outside of City of Roseville options <br /> v. The group will then become the communication group responsible for educating the community <br /> on the natural resource portion of the master plan <br /> • Gail —Community Organizations <br /> i. Begin working with foundations and organizations, as well as Bill with facilities to identify needs. <br /> • Bill — Community Sports Organizations <br /> i. Identify existing facilities that may need improvement <br /> i i. Identify new facilities are needed in addition <br /> • Erin —Constellations <br /> • Bob —Implementation Partners <br /> 6.
