<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JUNE 8, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br /> <br />Monday, the 8th day of June, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson, Cushman and Matson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8148 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-15 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted June 9, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Fulham Street from Roselawn Avenue to <br />400 feet north of Roselawn Avenue by the installation of bitumi- <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, drainage <br />facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />m~nner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. <br />p-86-15. <br />
