We will audit the original
data files, our syntax/analysis files, compare automatically generated output to the formatted
output in the report and data check all numbers and text prior to submitting the report.
Beyond the computation of basic descriptive statistics, appendices to the report will include results
cross classified by key sociodemographic questions asked on the survey (gender, age, ethnicity and
income level) and select geographic subareas, if relevant. Chi-square or ANOVA tests of
significance will be applied to the breakdowns of selected survey questions (indicating statistical
significance at the desired level). Other statistics can include, but are not limited to, multiple linear
regression or logistic regression; exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis, structural equation
modeling; and psychometric tests for survey reliability and validity.
The report will include an executive summary that synthesizes the findings and a report body that is
colorful, professional and well-organized. Appendices will include a detailed description of the
survey methodology so that survey methods can be repeated and trends continued, key
crosstabulations of results and a complete set of frequencies for each question. With GreenPlay, we
will provide conclusions and recommendations to RPR based on the survey results.
We will prepare the report in Micros oft*'Word (as well as convert documents into a PDF format).
Verbatim responses to open-ended questions can be provided in document or database form, as
desired.
Continued Support
We know that an effective report will be reviewed and discussed by many people in the RPR
organization and community after we have presented the results and that new questions may arise.
We commit to supporting these discussions by offering unlimited cross tabulations of results in the
six months following the presentation.
Page 1.3
