Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment Experience NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY PRIOR TO LONG RANGE PLANNING (2008) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEYS (2006, 20089 2010) NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY AS COMPONENT OF MASTER PLAN (2003) NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY (2010) Shoreline, Washington Leisure Vision conducted a Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment Survey for the City of Shoreline Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department during the summer of 2010. The purpose of the survey was to help the City plan for the future parks, recreation and cultural needs of the community. The survey was designed to obtain statistically valid results from households throughout the City of Shoreline. The survey was administered by a combination of mail and phone. Q5.
