Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment Experience COMMUNITY INTEREST AND OPINION NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY (2006) (2008) (2010) Oakland County, Michigan Leisure Vision conducted a Community Attitude and Interest Survey for the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission from October through December of 2006 to help establish priorities for the future of parks greenways, trails, wildlife habitats, recreation facilities, programs and services within the County. The survey was designed to obtain statistically valid results from households throughout Oakland County. The survey was administered by a combination of mail and phone.
