More than 70 <br /> government agencies currently use Leisure Vision/ETC Institute's I-S Rating. The Importance- <br /> Satisfaction Rating is based on the concept that organizations will maximize overall customer <br /> satisfaction by emphasizing improvements in those service categories where the level of <br /> satisfaction is relatively low and the perceived importance of the service is relatively high. <br /> An example that was developed for the City of Fort Worth, Texas, is provided on the following <br /> page. Based on this analysis, the City of Fort Worth identified outdoor swimming pools and <br /> walking/biking trails as the top two priorities for the City's parks and recreation system. <br /> Leisure Vision Project Approach - 14 <br />
