SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Responsibilities of the Parties <br /> Leisure Vision Responsibilities <br /> Leisure Vision's cost proposal includes the following services: <br /> • designing the survey in association with the Citizen Organizing Committee and City <br /> ! requesting background information <br /> ! finalizing the methodology for administering the survey <br /> ! selecting a random sample of households for the City of Roseville <br /> ! setting up the database <br /> ! <br /> testing the survey instrument <br /> ! postage for outbound and in-bound mail <br /> ! printing and mailing the survey <br /> ! labor for phone interviews <br /> ! long distance charges <br /> ! data entry for a minimum of either 400, 500, or 600 completed surveys <br /> ! cross tabular analysis of survey results <br /> ! geocoding of survey results <br /> ! 15 copies of the draft and final reports <br /> ! a summary report with an executive summary, charts, and cross tabs <br /> ! presentation of survey and study findings to the Citizen Organizing Committee and City <br /> ! 2 on site trips <br /> ! national benchmarking comparisons (optional) <br /> ! importance/satisfaction matrix (optional) <br /> ! Comparisons of numbers of parks, trails, indoor and outdoor facilities per 1,000 residents <br /> with other communities (Optional) <br /> ! Methodology regarding a demand/supply model for developing level of service standards <br /> (optional) <br /> Leisure Vision Project Approach - 18 <br />
