(Ord. <br />972p 5-13-85) <br />302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED:� <br />A. General Requirement.- No person, except a wholesaler or manufacturer to the extent <br />authorized under State license,, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell or keep for sale <br />in the City any non-intoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor without a license <br />to do so as provided in this Chapter. <br />B. Types of Licenses.- <br />1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be of five kinds.- On-sale, On-sale Wine, Club, <br />Special Sunday and Off-sale. <br />2. Non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses shall be of two kinds.- On-sale and Off-sale. <br />C. Expiration.- All intoxicating liquor and non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses shall <br />expire on December 31 of each year. <br />
