9.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />9.1 The duly-noticed public hearing for this VACATION AND PUD AMENDMENT application <br />was held by the Planning Commission on April 6, 2011 - draft minutes of the public <br />hearing are included with this report as Attachment F. Representative James Lehnhoff of <br />AEON was present to address the Commission and Donna Como from Rosewood Village <br />Condominiums was present to speak in support of the request.
