Attachment D EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25 th day of April 2011 at 6.-00 p.m. The following members were present.* and the following were absent.- Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SIENNA GREEN ADDITION (PF 7'�- 6 . WHEREAS,, the AEON has requested the VACATION of CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENTS that lie on the north side of Lot 2 Block I Sienna Green Addition; and �p �p I WHEREAS,, the Public Works Department has determined that the subject utility and drainage easement can be vacated; and WHEREAS,, said following UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT is to be vacated in their entirety.- Thatpart of the utility and drainage easement as dedicated in lot 2', block 1, SIENNA GREEA ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey ("ounly, Minnesota, which lies northerly of a line drawn 12'. 00feet southerly of and' parallel with the northerly line of said' Lot 2', which lies easterly of a line drawn 12'.00feet easterly and' parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 2, and which lies westerly of a line 10. 00feet southwesterly of and parallel with the northeasterly line of said Lot 2'. WHEREAS,, on April 6, 2011, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing regarding the UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION requested by the AEON and voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the VACATION based on the information contained in the project report dated April, 6, 2011 - NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the VACATION of certain PUBLIC UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ,, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor.- and the following voted against.- WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
