Attachment F <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SIENNA GREEN PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT: <br />This Amendment shall be effective upon completion of all of the following.- <br />a. Passage and recording of roadway easement vacation <br />b. Passage and recording of utility and drainage easement vacation <br />c. Passage and recording of Sienna Green 2'd Addition. <br />d. Execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />e. Recording of this agreement with Ramsey County. <br />W <br />
