When a person resigns mid-term the City Council appoints someone to fill the term. <br />"7 <br />8 Barbara Yates' and Peg Kennedy's terms expire March 31, 2012. <br />9 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />0 Direct staff to advertise for applications to serve on the Human Rights Commission, with <br />applications due to the City by June 17.
