EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JUNE 22, 1987 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 22, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 8150 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-15 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. p-86-15 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Fulham Street from Roselawn Avenue to 400 feet north of Roselawn Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently esti- mated at 38,342.95, and substantially in accordance with the pre- liminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. Ramsey County is authorized to act on behalf of the City in regard to contracting for this improvement.
