Accessory Dwe�l�l�iln g Units mmulst not be located on a site less thw 11 000 sq�ulare <br />feet itn area. <br />(3,) Parking. Accessory Dwe�l�l�iIn Units are not pe�rmniitte�d on residential antes that do not mme�e�t the minimum <br />parkiln g standards for a single-family dwe�l�l�iln g uIn�ilt (four off-street spaces, two of which are wilth�iln a <br />garage or area th�at cou�l�d be occu�piI �e�d by a garage MCC see Se�ctiionn 21.3,01.06). The total nulrm be�r of <br />ve�h�iicl�e�s parke�d or stored mmulst conform with the standards iin Se�ctiionn 12.03,. <br />(4) Locatiion�.
