SEVERAB,ILITY. <br />If any provision of this ordinance is found to be invalid for any reason by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. <br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance becomes effective on the date of its publication of a summary of the <br />ordinance as provided by Minn. Stat. § 41 .1 1, subd. 4, as it may be amended from time to <br />time,, which meets the requirements of Minn.
