Initial Review: Applications wiill be reviiewed for completeness by City staff, and a determiin�atiion of <br />completeness wiill be proviided to the appliican�t iin the form of a letter wiith�iin about 10 days of the <br />appliicatiion submiittal date. A letter iin response to an Incomplete appliicatiion wiill iiden�tiify the <br />materiials that are needed iin order to complete the application; once all of the outstan�diin�g <br />appliicatiion materiials are receiived, the 60-day actiion tiimeliin�e wiill restart. A letter iin response to a <br />complete appliicatiion wiill outliin�e the following schedule for the formal review and approval process. <br />Formal Review: Plat appliicatiion s may be diiscussed by a panel of City staff represen�tiin�g variious <br />departments.
