<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />2, of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the I I th day of July 2011 at 6.-00 p.m.

<br />7' A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE HIGHCREST PARK
<br />8 ADDITION AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT (PF11-002)
<br />9 WHEREAS,, Merits x Enterprises Inc., applicant for approval of the proposed plat, owns
<br />lo the property at 2285 Walnut Street, which is legally described as and
<br />11 PIN: 08-29-2 3-�32-0004
<br />12, Sec 8 Tn 29 Rn 23 the S 30 feet of the W 700 feet of the SW quarter of the NW quarter and
<br />13 that part lying northerly of Walnut Street of the W 700 feet of the NW quarter of the SW
<br />14 quarter, subject to easements, in Sec 8 Tn 29 Rn 23
<br />15 WHEREAS,, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the
<br />16 proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT on March 2,, 2011, and after said public hearing the Roseville
<br />1 7' Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT based
<br />18 on the comments and findings of the staff report and the input from the public; and
<br />19 WHEREAS,, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on April 11, 2011,
<br />2,o received the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted unanimously to approve the
<br />2,1 PRELIMINARY PLAT; and
<br />2,2, WHEREAS,, the final plat materials and a Public Improvement Contract have been
<br />2,3 prepared and submitted,, pursuant to the PRELIMINARY PLAT approval;
<br />24 NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />2,5 Minnesota,, that the FINAL PLAT of the subject property creating Lot I Block I and Outlot A of
<br />2,6 the Highcrest Park Addition is hereby approved, subject to the condition that Meritex
<br />2`7 Enterprises, Inc. shall provide acceptable title evidence to the City showing satisfactory fee
<br />2,8 simple title solely in the name of Meritex Enterprises, Inc., without any encumbrances, liens or
<br />29 other interests against the property.
<br />30 NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />31 Roseville,, Minnesota,, that the Public Improvement Contract between the City and Meritex
<br />32, Enterprises, Inc. is hereby approved and that the City Manager and Mayor are hereby authorized
<br />33 to sign the Public Improvement Contract on behalf of the City.
