we= <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the I I th day of July, 2011, <br />at 6.-00 p.m. <br />The following members were present.- - and and the following were absent.- none. <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br />SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM- URBAN GUARANTEE FUNDS <br />FOR TV <br />WHEREAS,, A REGIONAL SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR Federal Transportation <br />Projects has been issued by the Metropolitan Council and the Transportation Advisory <br />Board,, <br />WHEREAS,, this solicitation includes the Surface Transportation Program (STP - Urban <br />Guarantee category,, <br />NOW,, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />that.- <br />The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br />Surface Transportation Program (STP)- Urban Guarantee Funds for Twin Lakes <br />Infrastructure improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: and the following voted against the same.- . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
