In Sepitembler 19,81 I, this property was approved for.. a subdivision, a variance <br />to front and sidle yard setbacks, and a, variance to the floor area ratio for <br />Donald Rue who is the owner of the land contiguous to the west. At that <br />time., these approvals were approved in conjunction with a proposed structure <br />.which, is indicated on the attached site plan. <br />1101 Since that time,, Roberts Construction has purchased the land and <br />proposes to, build, a very similar build ing. 'The ' variances requested on the <br />new building are less than that previously approved, and thus a building <br />permit could, normally, bile 'Issued without reprocessing the application to the <br />Planmi.ng, Commission and Council. <br />3.
