Iii <br />'You have before your, tonite, a request for re-granting of variances and buildi <br />Piermi,t at the above mentioned address. Presently there exsists a private sewer <br />line that goes along our north property line to, our neighbor to the west, from <br />whom we purchased this property, <br />In, discussing 'this with the city staff the possibility of connecting to this <br />exsistinja sewer, line, there was some hesitation on their part. They suggested <br />that we i,n,stiail,l a sewer line parallel to the exsisting line, running a total <br />liength of' 400 feet to the least. We feel that such a duplication of effort is <br />not n,eciessa,ry'. <br />A binding agreement of record between ourselves and the owners of property to the <br />west allows us to hoolk-up the exlLsting sewer line and would also make the parties <br />4 <br />involved resiponsible for the maintance of said line.
