milk <br />Some time ago , the Colunc 111 requested the City Attorney to draft a proposed. <br />Ordinance regarding noise control. The Attorney has prepared the enclosed <br />- 5 <br />ordinance, patterned after, one of the Le&gue, of Minnesota Cities' model <br />ordinances,. <br />The League of Cities has two model ordinances. The - first requires an en- <br />for,cement program which uses t"rained personnel and scientiLfic neasurement <br />of' sound.
