Asa result, the <br /> current draft includes three sections (plus appendices), each directed to a particular purpose/audience. <br /> Section A: Key Directions Section A: Key Directions contains essentially the same <br /> information that was distributed to participants at Community <br /> Meeting 4. |L offers the broadest overview of the results ofthe <br /> planning process and the key directions people might anticipate <br /> for the future of Rosevi||e's parks and recreation system. It <br /> does not address details, focusing instead on summaries of <br /> conditions and input offered by the community, and on the <br /> major recommendations offered by the master plan. <br /> This section might be the one that is most widely distributed Lo <br /> the community and parks stakeholders,those seeking a general <br /> overview of the process and direction. <br /> Section B: Vision and Master Plan Section B: Vision and Master Plan offers detail about the master <br /> planning process,the conditions of the parks and recreation <br /> system, and the input that shaped the directions of the master <br /> plan. |L describes in greater detail significant features ofthe <br /> parks and recreation system according Lothe master plan, <br /> including an organizational structure based on "constellations <br /> and sectors" and an elaboration of the goals and outcomes <br /> related to Rosevi||e's parks and recreation system. <br /> This section might be most often used by members ofthe Parks <br /> Commission and other elected or appointed officials of the city. <br /> Parks and recreation partners might see this section as <br /> important as they attempt Lo align their efforts with those of <br /> the parks and recreation system inRoseville. <br /> Section C: Evaluation and Assessment Section C: Evaluation and Assessment provides detailed <br /> information about the parks and recreation system and its <br /> capacity Lo serve the Roseville community. |n many ways,this <br /> section frames the detailed conditions of the parks and <br /> recreation system that will be important in gaining support for <br /> improvements and characterizing "requirements" for the <br />
