The, projec�t, wil�l be difficult to colm�plete while there are velhicles and <br />pedestrians in the parking lot., There is also a concern foir safety with having this large amount of <br />construction eq ough parking lot. <br />A site, pilan is included showling the area of the parking lot overlay'. <br />
