In addition to amending the actual TIF District 18 plan, the City also needs to amend the <br />3 1 "Development Program for Development District F" in which all of the city's TIF districts are <br />32 located. The only change to this document is the reference to the date of the modification to TIF <br />33 18. <br />34 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />35 By approving an amendment to TIF District 18 and Development District 1, the City will assist <br />36 an affordable housing project being developed that otherwise could not be built. <br />37 BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />3, All staff and consultant costs will be recovered from the increment as part of the administrative <br />39 retainage. The amount of assistance that Sienna Green will receive will be only the incremental <br />4 ('-) portion of the property taxes that they will pay for their development.
