I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE 2 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 3 OF ROSE ILLS, MINNESOTA 11 HELD.- June 13,, 2011 Attachment C 5 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular or special meeting of the City 6 Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held on the 7 131h day of June, 2011, at 6.-00 p.m. 8 The following members of the Council were present.* 9 and the following were absent.- 10 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- I I RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFICATION TO THE 12 DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. I AND 13 THE MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR 14 INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 18 THEREIN 15 A. WHEREAS,, the City of Roseville, Minnesota the "City") has heretofore 16 established Development District No. I and adopted a Development Program therefor and 17 established Tax Increment Financing District No. 18 ("TIF District No. 18") therein and 18 approved and adopted the Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "TIF Plan") therefor under the 19 provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.1799 (the "Act"); and 20 B. WHEREAS,, the City Council has investigated the facts and has caused to 21 be prepared a modification to the Development Program for Development District No. I (the 22 "Development Program Modification") and the modification to the TIF Plan for TIF District No. 23 18 (the "TIF Plan Modification" , which increases the budget and enlarges TIF District No. 18 24 (the Development Program Modification and the TIF Plan Modification are referred to 25 collectively herein as the "Modifications"),* and 26 C. WHEREAS,, the City has performed all actions required by law to be 27 performed prior to the approval of the Modifications, including, but not limited to, notification of 28 Ramsey County and School District No. 623 having taxing jurisdiction over the property to be 29 included in TIF District No. 18 and the holding of a public hearing upon published and mailed 30 notice as required by law; and 31 NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of 32 Roseville as follows.- 33 I. Development District No. I. The City has heretofore established in the City 34 Development District No. I (the "Development District"),, the initial boundaries of which are 35 fixed and determined as described in the Development Program. 39818 4v1
