72 improve the tax base and to improve the general economy of the State and thereby serves a <br />73 public purpose. <br />74 6. Certification. The Auditor of Ramsey County is requested to certify the original <br />75 net tax capacity of the property added to TIF District No. 18 as described in TIF Plan <br />76 Modification,, and to certify in each year thereafter the amount by which the original net tax <br />77 capacity has increased or decreased in accordance with the Act; and the City Manager is <br />78 authorized and directed to forthwith transmit this request to the County Auditor in such form and <br />79 content as the Auditor may specify, together with a list of all properties to be added to TIF <br />80 District No. 18 for which building permits have been issued during the 18 months immediately <br />81 preceding the adoption of this Resolution. <br />82 7. F . The City Manager is further authorized and directed to file a copy of the <br />83 Modifications with the Commissioner of Revenue and the Office of the State Auditor. <br />84 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />85 member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />86 and the following voted against the same.- <br />87 Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />88 <br />K <br />39818 4v1 <br />
