Attachment A <br />1 1011.12 Additional Requirements for Specific Uses in All Districts <br />2 B. Residential Uses, Accessory: <br />6. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)I. <br />a. An AID U shall be located on a lot occupied by a one-family dwelling. <br />5 b. No more than one AID U shall be allowed on a lot. <br />6 C. the principal dwell*ng unit or the <br />7' ADU'shall be owner-occupied and both dwelling units shall be under unified <br />8 ownership. <br />9 d. Maximum occupancy of an ADU'shall be limited to 2 people. <br />10 An ADU'shall be assigned a unique address identifier to differentiate it <br />11 from the principal dwelling. An attached ADU'shall be identified by "ADU <br />12 A" and a detached ADU'shall be identified by ADUB following the <br />1 '3 primary property address (e.g., 12314 Elm Street ADUB). <br />detached AIU may be located above a detached garage-ef44e-e*e-fa+m4y <br />15 drsv�- or within a separate accessory building meeting the standards for <br />16 accessory buildings established m §10014.02 of this Title. <br />1 7' dl:g. Home Occupations: Home occupations are permitted m ADU's, provided <br />21 that the combined impacts of home occupations m the ADU'and the <br />22 principal dwelling unit conform to the standards and limitations <br />2'3 established m §1011.12132 of this Title. <br />2 le:�L Dimensional Standards for All ADU's: <br />4 <br />25 i. Maximum height o -ADD, including one built above a <br />26 garage- shall not <br />2 7' p4e4ed-fee-f) the standards for principal or accessory buildings, as <br />28 applicable. <br />29 11.
